Delete your CareLogger account

What deletion means

• Your account is removed

  Your CareLogger profile, sign-in methods and personal settings are deleted. You are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in with this email.

• Care receivers only you manage are deleted

  If you are the only person with access to a care receiver, that care receiver is deleted with your account, along with their care records, medications, vital signs, photos, notes and checklists.

• Care receivers shared with family stay with the family

  If other family members also have access to a care receiver, that care receiver stays with them. You are removed from the care circle and the records they can see are kept.

• This cannot be undone

  Deleted records cannot be restored. If you only want to stop notifications or leave one care circle, you can do that in the app without deleting your account.

How it works

Enter the email you sign in with. If it matches an account, we send you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and press the delete button — opening the link on its own deletes nothing.
